Go Lightly came about because our family often
struggled to find a positively healthy soft drink
when we were out and about.
It was either sugary softs or diet drinks with artificial sweeteners and no nutritional value.
So we set out to create a lightly sparkling drink – or pressé – inspired by the only way of eating that
has stood the test of time, the Mediterranean diet,
to provide an all natural, positively healthy choice

ABOUT GO LIGHTLY
Go Lightly lightly sparkling pressés
are low in calories but with vitamins C & D
which naturally strengthen the immune system.
And all in a 100% natural product with no artificial
ingredients or sweeteners - not even stevia,
as we know quite a lot of people find steviol glycosides
have a weird aftertaste.
Our first recipes are inspired by the Mediterranean diet with
real Sicilian lemons or oranges and a hint of garden mint.

There’s quite a few low calorie or even no calorie soft drinks but few provide any positive nutritional value and often they use sweeteners
Go Lightly is low in calories and low in sugar but also contains
vitamins C & D which naturally strengthen the immune system
DELICIOUS ON ITS OWN, PERFECT WITH FOOD
Sugary drinks can easily overwhelm the delicate flavours of good food so while delicious on its own Go Lightly is also perfect with food.
The tasty zest of squeezed lemons or oranges brings a refreshing acidity which is
delicately balanced with a touch of sweetness.
Citrus flavours pair particularly well with seafood and Mediterranean salads. The gentle acidity complements more indulgent recipes too.
Lightly sparkling with crisp, clean bubbles our pressés are
refreshing on the palate.
Best served chilled with or without ice.
INGREDIENTS
Sicilian citrus fruits have a unique sweetness which enables us to achieve a delicious taste with a low level of sugar.
The climate of Sicily is perfect for citrus fruits because they love the sunny warm days of the Mediterranean coupled with the cooler nights. When this is matched with the rich volcanic soil around Mount Etna you get the perfect mix which leads to the tart but sweet taste Sicilian citrus fruits are famous for.

RAW CANE SUGAR FROM MAURITIUS
Our golden caster sugar from Mauritius is a natural, unrefined sugar made from sugar cane. It has a warm, golden colour and sweet, caramelised taste.
Our unrefined sugar goes through the minimal amount of processing and is entirely produced where the sugar cane is grown. This means it has had the value added where it matters the most- in the country of origin – not in a refinery elsewhere. Because of this, the producers are able to command a very significant premium for these finished products benefiting the local industry and the whole community.
MINT MAGIC
Our garden mint is made from an essential oil distilled from a variety carefully chosen for it’s mild but aromatic taste.
This gives our pressés their uniquely refreshing taste.
